I love theses behavioral economics ideas and i wanted to add one more for you.
It is related to the "decoy effect" but called "anchoring".
You can place some really expensive items at the top or beggining of the menu depending on your layout.
This will make everything aftwerwards seem cheaper because our mind has "anchored" to the earlier prices as the expectation.
And if someone happens to by your overpriced item, even better 😊
