Starting with a bang doesn't give you a chance to pivot or adjust.
I am guessing we both know this but I'm reminding myself as well.
It's so easy to get attached to our own 'brilliant' ideas and bet the whole house.
The more money you commit the more you have to believe that it will work.
Starting small allows you to cheaply make changes and adjustments to everything from the product to the pricing to the packaging.
Because you already sunk so much into the original concept you are forced to double down on something that doesn't work instead of changing to something that works.
Once it works than you can scale with confidence.
